We are gradually editing the different screens that will appear depending on how you access the chat service and the nature of your query.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please bear with us if some of the text seems stilted.  Editing the screens and pop up text takes awhile as we try out  the situations in which text may appear.
